    2. Final Quality Checks<\/strong> \u2013 from paintwork and plumbing to finishes and fittings, everything is reviewed and signed off before handover.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Snag List Completion<\/strong> \u2013 we compile, address, and resolve any outstanding tweaks to ensure complete client satisfaction.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Client Orientation<\/strong> \u2013 walk-through of the finished home or project with instructions, warranties, and care guidance for all finishes and appliances.<\/li>\n\n\n\n

      The Studio was commissioned to stage the development\u2019s showhouse for sale. In conjunction with Dogtas, our carefully curated luxurious furnishings and d\u00e9cor pieces evoke the feelings of homely comfort in a modern contemporary setting.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

      Corporate Design<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      We wanted to create an oasis in the city, an office space that would at once feel welcoming, calming, luxurious and exclusive. A respite from the bustle of usual that draws people in. Our studio was responsible for reconfiguring the space to create a seamless flow of rooms more conducive to our clients liking.<\/p>\n<\/div>
